Can I try an outfit on?Yes! Certainly, Sunshine Coast customers are welcome to book in an appointment with us from Monday-Sunday. To book an appointment please contact us with all the information necessary! Please note, when booking an outfit your time slot has been arranged, please be mindful when booking that you can ensure you will be show up on time as this is not only our schedule but our other clients also. We do not allow postal try-ons! We apologise for any inconvience this may cause. If you are concerned regarding the sizing/ fit etc - contact us and we will be able to find a solution!

Can I get a refund?Please be extremely mindful when securing your garment/s as we do not offer refunds past the 12 hour time frame, failure to cancel within the time you were given will result in an exchange or credit note.

What happens if I dont wear the garment?Unfortunatly, as per answer above, we cannot offer any sort of refund. An exchange or credit note will be granted if a client chooses not to wear the garment.
