Please read the terms and conditions carefully below before choosing 'Rent The Runway'. By choosing to place your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in place, if you do not choose to accept to the T & C then you may not use the service.

Hiring & Fees

Once a hire fee has been paid it is strictly non-refundable. Clients are given a 12 hour cancellation period beginning from the time of purchase where an exchange or credit is offered. All fees are final.
​
Insurance fee is optional, however, we do advise adding the option to your order. This way you are covered if damages do occur on your end. If you have damaged the garment, it is important you send through photos and a brief description of what had occurred. The garment will be assessed upon arrival and the following fees will need to be paid if the insurance fee was not added.

please note the RRP will need to be covered if the garment cannot be fixed with the above.

Client Responsibility

Immediately notify 'Rent The Runway' of any damage to the garment that occurs during the hire period

Keep the garment in their own possession and control and shall not assign the hire over to someone else
​​

Not alter or make any additions to the garment or in any other manner interfere with the garment
Late Fee

Weekend hire garment/s are to be returned no later than the following Monday.
​

Weekday hire garment/s are to be returned the following day.
​

Each day a garment/s is late, $20 is charged.
